We found a rug on their website and after a couple of enquiries that were quickly responded to, we went and ordered the rug. This was on Tuesday evening - the company is in Wellington and we live in Auckland. We got a notice on Wednesday to say that the rug had been picked up and delivery was scheduled for Thursday, and to our pleasant surprise the rug was delivered Thursday lunchtime - amazingly fast service. As for the rug itself we love it. Given that we couldn't view the rug my concern was that it was well made and sufficiently thick. The agent assured us of it's quality and it is exactly what we had hoped for. Definitely would recommend this company.
